Coming from London, take  junction 5 (if you are on the M25) and head for the A25 Sevenoaks direction. At the roundabout at Riverhead, take the 2nd exit (A224) towards Sevenoaks town. Keep on after passing the railway station on the right hand side. The Anchor is towards the top of the hill on the lefthand side. There is no parking at the pub but a central car park or spaces on local roads - but charges may apply.

From the South, coming into Sevenoaks on the A224, pass the Sevenoaks school on the right, keep going until there is a split in the road with the High Street off to the right. Stay on the main London Road, pass the Stag Theatre on the left. The Anchor is about 100 yards further down on the right hand side. See above re parking.

Take directions as for the Anchor. The Stag is very close and has its own car park behind - but be warned, it often is very busy!

Coming from London on the M25, take junction 5 for the A21 southbound, following signs for Hastings. Lamberhurst is a few miles south of Tunbridge Wells. Once near the village, take the turning off the main roundabout signposted 'Lamberhurst', Broadway is the main road running through the centre of the village and the Chequers is at the bottom of the hill.
